- 10 gram will make 5 kg of fresh white soy tempeh.
- 35 gram will make 17 kg of fresh white soy tempeh, bestseller!
- 90 gram will make 45 kg of fresh white soy tempeh.
Tip: The starter will keep its full strength for minimum of 6 months, stored refrigerated in its ziplock bag, placed in an airtight container.
